I've only been flying the routes in the schedule and filing for them (my own flying inbetween is done with my own aircraft/name). Its a little strange seeing some people with over 30+ hours with about 5-6 flights only when most flights are between 30-40 minutes in duration. I choose a flight plan which makes most of my flying a similar time-frame although ATC sometimes diverts me off said plan, which makes the flight a little longer or shorter.
